•  Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and will be happy to provide you with an invoice that you can submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network benefits for mental and behavioral health treatment.

•  Payment

I accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.

•  Cancellation Policy

I request that you please contact me to cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please note that I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows.

•  What to Expect

After a brief phone consultation, we will schedule an appointment at either my Brooklyn or Manhattan office, whichever you’d prefer. Appointments are 45 minutes for individual psychotherapy and 60 minutes for couples psychotherapy. I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space, and we will work together to develop a plan in the early phase of therapy. We can adjust our plan as therapy progresses depending on your needs. I generally see clients once per week but am able to see you more or less often depending on treatment issues. I see clients for both long- and short-term therapy.
