I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy, as well as employing elements of acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, relational/dynamic techniques, and positive psychology. I strive to create a supportive, judgement-free environment for my clients. My practice focuses on collaborating with my clients to develop tools for dealing more effectively with the challenges they face. I approach psychotherapy from the stance that you are the expert on yourself, while I bring years of education and experience to the table.
